Absolutely delicious! No crust or topping to distract from the creamy cheesecake.
First time - Since the top did not get “burnt” and thermometer test was over recommended, I wasn’t expecting the best results… but it was great!
Only 5 Ingredients, no water bath, short baking time, great taste.. definitely going to be baking this again!
