This was the ugliest thing I've ever baked. It looked like burnt roadkill. With that said, I took a bite and was transported to food Nirvana. So creamy and complex. Even the blackened top was delicious. My wary family needed me to force a bite, but they all loved it. The perfect ending to my NYE paella dinner.
