Yes! For a community forum. I discovered King Arthur Flour 20 years ago, and it has improved my baking 100-fold. I've never met a more helpful community of bakers absolutely dedicated to helping you succeed. The first time I called the hotline, I was in tears, because I felt I was miserably failing at braiding the challah dough I was baking for a dying neighbor. The fellow I talked with (Farley??), was incredibly patient, walking me through the process, repeatedly telling me, "you can do this." With Farley's help, and maybe a little divine intervention, the challah loaf turned out spectacularly. My neighbor called it a work of art. Thank you, P.J. for your years of dedication to the art of baking.
