Several people in my extended family are requesting the gluten free flour in 30 pound bags. The G.F. need is due to family allergy. I used to buy my old regular flour in 50 lb bags before the allergy set in. Also, is the gluten free flour tested for safety? I know there are concerns for arsenic and heavy metal toxins from some of the ingredients like rice flour. Those toxins occur naturally in many Asian countries where the rice and tea are grown.
