Yes, absolutely! Every recipe I've made from your site has come out wonderfully. In fact, I'm challenging myself to make most of them (my exceptions are candy/chocolate and cookies as of now. But we'll see. As of today, 5 down.....many, many more to go!) I would love to see focus on more international breads, which I think would be a lot of fun to do
