My mother gave me the index card that is worn and stained from many uses. It’s entitled “water whip pie crust “. It’s the only crust I’ve ever known. I use it for all pies and my family loves it! It’s buttery, easy to make and isn’t too heavy. It is fail-proof! We love it but I am now wondering what a cold water crust is like!
