I made the turkey dinner pie with the hot water crust for the first time last week and it was delicious however I was unable to cut it without making each piece an absolute mess! I wanted the individual pieces to show the beautful layers but instead each serving looked like I first dropped on the floor before plating. What would have helped me - I am figuring there is some trick that I have yet to learn - TIA!!
