When I married in Nov. 1963 the Boston Globe was kind enough to send me a box filled with kitchen goodies. Amongst these gifts was a copy of the Boston Globe Cook Book. This was a collection of recipes that had been published in the Globe over many years. Contained in the wonderful pages of this cookbook was a recipe called "Brides Easy Pie Crust". That is my go to recipe for pie crust. The addition of vinegar will make this a tender crust. I have gotten many compliments on my light and flaky crusts on all my pies
