I made it when KAF first posted the recipe before thanksgiving. I make the leftover Thanksgiving pie per the recipe. The bottom crust was quite underdone so i popped it back in and baked it until I no longer had a soggy bottom. The result was that the pastry was as hard as a rock. Any suggestions for avoiding this problem?
