I wish you had a peanut butter biscotti recipe. The kind with peanut butter in the dough, not just a filling. I know conventional peanut butter interacts with water or moisture, so I'm not sure how to modify any of your existing recipes so I don't flop. Like... would I need to change the amount of butter, how much peanut butter to add, and could I use some kind of oil instead of butter... I'd rather trust KAF to work out the recipe. Hope you consider a peanut butter biscotti recipe at some time. Thank you!
