I got really busy today and made the vanilla and the malt chocolate biscotti. They are wonderful! And then I didn't want to throw my sour dough discard away and made pancakes for dinner along with loaves of the rustic sour dough bread....busy day but my house smells devine and I have a very happy husband! The biscotti are so easy to make and they are really great giveaways for friends and neighbors!!
