My son’s birthday is Christmas Day so l have made my fair share of Buche de Noel’s but most of them have had cracks. (It didn’t really matter; they all tasted great.) I will incorporate the tips mentioned here and attempt the perfect swirl. Sometimes trying is half the fun!
