I love making ingredients from scratch even though I live within a mile of several grocery stores. It was raining cats and dogs one fall day and I was going to need catsup for a dinner recipe. I really did not want to schlep to the store so I checked my supplies and found I could make my own in about an hour, mostly hands off. BEST catsup we've ever had!
