I lived in Finland 20 years ago and made a lot of American treats for my colleagues at Christmas, but one challenge I had was finding marshmallow creme for my fudge recipe. Enter DIY and I ended up making a huge amount, not quite judging the recipe well. So I made lots of fudge, and still had plenty left over. I would have introduced them to Fluffernutter as well, but peanut butter wasn’t a big thing there, either. But the homemade marshmallow creme is soft and delicious!
