Hi, Ellen! We appreciate your enthusiasm regarding this technique! As it turns out, Auzerais has been very busy at her bakery and hasn't had time to work up a recipe for us yet, but we're reaching out to her and our test kitchen so that we can add some "Tips From Our Bakers" to one of our current blondie recipes regarding how to incorporate this technique.
