I've been putting together the dry ingredients for my cookies in marked containers. Then when I make the dough for the cookies it goes into the fridge for a day while I put together the dry for more cookies. Next day I bake the cookies that have been in the fridge and place the new cookie dough in the fridge. Sometimes I freeze the cookie dough so I can pull it out when we're expecting family.
