We use an old Melitta coffee maker and filter to filter the oil, put it back in its original container, label and keep in the freezer for next time. Only problem is having to think ahead to defrost the oil, although a bath of warm water speeds the process. Need to add fresh oil each time to compensate for what is absorbed, and we keep separate bottles for sweet and savoury
