the 'new' cook books from KA as very nice. BUT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT IS 2021 AND THERE IS NO VEGAN DESCRIPTIONS. NOT EVEN A CONVERSION CHART. I wonder what you had on your mind when you 'revised' the cook books and released these. I wanted 'go to' cook books but I am afraid I am still either converting your recipes or going to other sources. Too bad. Can't give these as gifts as I have soon many friend and relative who bake and they don't use dairy or eggs.
