I saw the picture and knew I had to check it out! It brought back memories of a humble supper dish my mother would make for us girls. We usually served it with pineapple and it’s juice sprinkled over the pancake and often with a side of pork and beans. We always left the table with happy bellies! Brings back memories, we called it schmorn. I still have my grandmother’s recipe. Happy memories…
