Thank you for this recipe! I made a smaller batch of this tonight with some heavy whipping cream I had left over from another recipe. A bit more runny than store-bought, but it was very delicious with strawberries! I didn't have any mason jar lids, so I used a thermos instead, which worked great. I did stir it up with a whisk at the end, and that helped it form peaks a bit better. Will definitely make again sometime.
