Hi L, we haven't tried this, but we do have an archived recipe for Lemon Whipped Cream that calls for using Instant Clearjel mixed with confectioners' sugar to stabilize the whipped cream before adding lemon juice and zest. I suspect something similar may be necessary to prevent curdling when you add "TrueLemon" as well, so this particular method of making whipped cream might not be the best choice for adding lemon. I'll email you our recipe.
