Hi Patty! Whipped creams have quite a wide variety of shelf lives, however homemade whipped cream is definitely best enjoyed within one week for fluffiest, creamiest texture. That being said, if your whipped cream tastes just fine after this week has past, you may be able to enjoy it for another few days.  Happy baking!
