I took this to the Secret Sisters Reveal at my church last Saturday to use with a pie. I shook and shook, but it was too liquidy to serve. I figured it wasn’t kept cold enough despite the cooler I brought it in. (I wasn’t surprised since I live in Arizona. 🌵🔥). I brought the jar home and stuck it in the refrigerator, forgetting about it until today (one week later). When I discovered it and went to dump it out, to my surprise, it had set up, looking and tasting just fine. My question to you is how long will it keep/be safe to eat? You might have said in your blog, but I couldn’t find it.
