Two questions:
1)Can you put all the ingredients in the jar and refrigerate it for several hours before use, or do you have to assemble the ingredients just prior to shaking?
2) If you don't use all the cream in one day and it deflates, can you shake it up again at a later date to make whipped cream again for leftover pie?
