Hi Pam, according to Molly the soy milk made an excellent "glue" for getting the Everything Bagel Topping to adhere to the top of her bagels, so the answer is yes! If your dough is fairly resilient, I've found that it can also be helpful to gently pat the seeds into the surface before baking.
