I’m trying to make my own starter from scratch and having trouble with understanding feeding instructions. In the articles I’ve read from King Arthur it states to add 1/2 cup water (113g) and 1 scant cup flour (113g). 1/2 c and 1 c both can’t be 113g. Which is the correct amount? The written amounts (1/2 c water and 1 c flour) or the 113g? Thank you for any help you can offer.
