For future reference, I would continue feeding your starter twice daily, according to this maintenance routine, until you see the starter doubling within about 6-8 hours after you feed it. That's a good sign that it is active enough to use in your bread baking. At that point you can start baking bread, or refrigerate your starter for up to a week. If you'd like to store it in the refrigerator, we recommend giving it a feeding and letting it sit out for 2-4 hours to start bubbling and rising before you store it in the refrigerator.
