So I’m so totally New to this Sour Dough Starter. Mine is on day 6 and I’m doing both Reg and GF starter. My question is the recipe I’m following states 1C water-1C Flour. Discard 1/2 then re-add 1C of each. Day 6 I’m doing every 12hrs. They haven’t really doubled in size much but smell like sourdough. After the 7th day my question is when I go to bake how much Starter do I take out for Bread and how much flour do I add? Should I follow my Reg Bread recipe or is there a specific one to use?
We are also going to try Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls. Just not sure after the process of the started to add extra for Baking.
