A friend gave me a sourdough starter but with very vague instructions. I found your link, which has been a god-send! I've been feeding it for about 3 days and today after 4 hours after the feeding, it doubled in size but now it's shrunk back to about an inch about the "rubber band" where it started! What's going on?
