Good morning and thank you for these instructions. I’m confused about the ratio for feeding. Is 113 grams of water and 113 grams of flour the same weight, or the same volume? You give measurements as 113 grams each starter, flour and water, but you don’t give equal amounts of volume (1/2 cup each starter and flour, 1 cup flour). Would you mind clarifying for a newbie? Thank you!
