Hi Alexandra! Yes, you can begin feeding your starter with bread flour to adapt it to the recipe. If you would like to bulk up your starter, you can feed it without discarding in order to increase the amount of starter you are cultivating. This will work well if you are bulking it up for a specific recipe, but we suggest keeping it as a smaller starter otherwise, as the bigger the starter is the more food it will consume and this can really start to eat in to your flour reserves.
