Since I got my initial sourdough starter in the fall, I've enjoyed baking an array of sourdough breads and pancake/waffles. Once the snows of winter clear, I'll be traveling for a bit which may take me away for a few weeks. What is the best way to preserve the starter over a long period of time and then revive it upon return? Thanks!
