I am really having a hard time recognizing if my starter is ripe or not. I purchased the KA starter and the glass container and I followed the twice a day feeding schedule, 113g of each...
When I feed it, it is about .5 inch in the jar and then I see it rises to about 2.5 inches until it settles a bit. Is this ripe, or is it suppose to grow more? Remember, I am using the KA glass jar and it is like day 16 here! LOL! Please advise... thanks
