thank you for this explanation! I am new to sourdough baking and have had lots of success keeping my KAB starter alive with regular dual feedings os 113/113 flour + water, but have been stumbling with how to get enough starter out of a feed for recipes that call for a large amount of starter. So far, all of the KAB discard recipes have been wonderful!
