So helpful! I have been intimated to start my sourdough journey for years, and this post really pushed me to take the plunge. I ordered a starter from KA, followed the instructions above, and now my starter (and my sourdough baking) is thriving. I have baked dinner rolls and the Rustic Sourdough Bread a few times now, and I still can't believe I'm doing it! Thanks for breaking down an intimidating task and making it assessable to all bakers!
