Teresa November 10, 2021 at 3:11pm The tip about burning a loaf is wonderful. I accidentally "burned" my country sourdough bread by not turning the temp down for the last 20 minutes. I now "burn" the bread every time because it makes the best dark crust. Thank goodness for accidents Reply
