Made this for the first time. Such a rich bread! My tip: if you don’t have an industrial stand mixer, do the blending gradually. Run the mixer for 3-4 minutes, let it rest, then run it again, etc. Otherwise, your mixer may overheat (mine did). The dough is dense before you add butter. But so delicious once baked!
