If you are seeing that much butter on your sheet pan Leila, we suspect there might be something going wrong. Leaking butter could be a result of several things including underproofing, a cold oven temperature (be sure to give you oven lots of time to preheat), poor lamination (if you butter breaks during the lamination process it can rip the dough and weaken it) and proofing at too high of a temperature.
