Was wondering if any "High Altitude" measures need to be taken as I plan on using my tea loaf pan? We are a mile high here in Western Texas. I am planning on using this tea cake as a dessert served with Vanilla Ice Cream. From Texas here, we are having Pork BBQ with all the trimmings and a wonderful dessert!!!!
