I used this as a chocolate chip cookie recipe. Used KA White Whole Wheat flour. no nuts. I chilled a few and to do the salt/sugar roll. After spending 10 minutes in the freezer they were nicely stiff and easy to roll. I am doing a taste test to see if the salt roll is to my liking or to stick to tradition. The WW flour seems to add a nice texture.
