Thanks the tips in this article I will try placing my oven rack a little higher next time. I just started using a 14 inch cast iron baking pan. I preheat my cast iron for 30min @475° (that's as hot as I can get my oven) The crust came out perfect, nice and crispy on the bottom. I Highly recommend cast iron.
