Thanks for your comments. Sorry for any confusion over the article. There are so many wonderful sources for unique techniques like the ones mentioned here, and we're glad you've shared your suggestions for other fantastic bakers and pizza masters in the biz so that we and our fellow bakers out there have even more resources to check out!
