I just replaced my heating element in my oven. Tech recommend no higher than 450 for extended time or I would be replacing the element again. Also he highly recommended NOT using self cleaning cycle it could burn out your oven. I use the Mrs Meyers vinegar baking soda solution. Disappointing info. I use baking stone 450 & our pizza is delicious haven’t done takeout since I broke my knee.
