Hi Ceil,
I'm not sure of Zoe's favorite, but I've had one made by the InstaPot folks for about a year now, and I love it! It has adjustable, removable racks that are dishwasher safe, and non-stick coated. It also comes with a rotisserie basket for French fries and chicken wings. I do bake mini cupcakes in it often, and I can see it working very well for cookies like this. Hope that helps!
