I am making sourdough rolls. I let them do an overnight rise. Cut and shaped them into rolls. But I do not want to bake them for a few days. Do I put them in the fridge? How many days can they stay in the fridge? I need to cook a batch tomorrow and on Sunday. Today is Tuesday.
Also what is the secret to getting all the rolls the same size? 🥰
