I’ve just started baking bread and every time I have a question, it brings me to King Arthur’s blog. The advice is straightforward and easy to follow but also provides the reason which is great. I’ve learned so much, I can’t thank you enough for the learning opportunity.
I did a refrigerator rise for the last step of the America’s Test Kitchen whole wheat sandwich bread and it turned out great.
