Hi Brie! It certainly is possible to make a dough and let it rest in the fridge for a few days. You may be interested in checking out our No-Knead Crusty White Bread recipe. With this version, you simply make the dough and then store it in the fridge until you are ready to bake! It can stay in there for up to 7 days, but we find you get the best results when baked within 3 to 4 days. No need to par-bake the loaves. Simply remove some of the dough the day that you want bread, shape it, allow it to rest and proof and then bake.
