This comment thread is gold! I have a question about storing dough in the fridge for 3-4 days, namely: is this possible? I would love to make my dough on a Sunday and then be able to throw in the oven on, say, Wednesday evening for dinner. Would I need to par-bake? If so, do you have a recommended process?
