Thank you for this response. Would you have any other suggestions? Freeze the dough? But then it would only be frozen from Wednesday until Thursday night when I’d put it in the fridge to thaw to let it rise and bake off on Friday. I tried freezing the baked bread, but when thawed it crumbled.
