I bake maple milk bread for two farmers markets. One is on Thursday, the other Saturday. I bake the day before each market.
The Thursday market is pre orders. For the first time, the pre orders do not meet my recipe yield of 6 mini loaves I only need two loaves. Is there a way to keep the dough from Wednesday to Friday when I bake for the second market? I use a bread machine.
